Ensuring all students have access to a high quality education and that unfavorable learning environments are called out and re-designed to ensure all students receive what they need to be successful.
Why do you think educators are so important right now?
Educators have a direct impact on student outcomes. How far a student succeeds could be contingent on the amount of commitment an educator has to ensuring equitable and favorable outcomes for all students!
What impact have you seen this program have on the community?
This program has trained highly effective educators to enter into the classroom to build relationships with students, their families and communities.
What keeps you motivated in this work?
Students being the hope for our future keeps me motivated in this work. The belief that all students can accomplish any dream or goal that they have, as long as they are given a fair chance and all the tools they need to be successful.
