TNTP Teaching Fellows is dedicated to the long-term success of both aspiring teachers and all students, including providing multiple pathways to economic and social mobility. In practice, this means working to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality education where they learn from effective teachers who believe in them and hold them to high standards.

What is the Educator Excellence Collaborative (EEC)?

The Educator Excellence Collaborative (EEC) is a TNTP Teaching Fellows initiative that helps aspiring teachers overcome financial and logistical barriers to entering the classroom and thrive during their early years in the profession.

The EEC provides summer training stipends, partial tuition assistance, exam prep resources, and an intentional and supportive cohort experience that offers mentorship, best-practice sharing, and non-judgmental spaces to navigate some of the challenges of teaching. By removing obstacles and fostering belonging, the EEC empowers talented individuals to become effective educators and expands access to excellent education for all students.

Eligible participants enrolled in one of our five Teaching Fellows programs will receive details about financial support and program commitments via email.
