Why Indianapolis?
Live, Learn, and Teach in a City on the Rise
Indianapolis is a vibrant and growing city known for its food, sports, and cultural attractions. In 2021, TIME Magazine named it one of the “World’s Greatest Places”. It’s also a hub for innovative approaches to public education.
Indianapolis Teaching Fellows is proud to be part of this work through our partnership with schools in Center Township. Fellows have the flexibility to find a school that aligns with their skills, interests, and values – while contributing to a shared commitment to excellence.
Since 2007, Indianapolis Teaching Fellows has offered an affordable, accelerated pathway into the classroom. Whether you’re transitioning from another career or recently graduated, you bring valuable experiences and a deep belief in the potential of all students. Through our program, you’ll receive the training and coaching needed to grow as an educator while earning your certification and master’s degree from Marian University.
Please note: Upon enrollment in TNTP Teaching Fellows, candidates must also apply for admission to the ITF-MAT program at Marian University.
